Day 1
Arrive in Zimbabwe
Your safari begins as you arrive at Victoria Falls International Airport. You’ll be met and transferred to the elegant Palm River Hotel, beautifully positioned on the banks of the Zambezi River. After settling in, spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing in the gardens or by the pool, taking in the tranquillity of your riverside setting. In the evening, enjoy dinner at the hotel with the sound of the river in the background.
Day 2
Explore Victoria Falls
After breakfast, embark on a guided tour of the iconic Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Walk along the misty trails as your guide shares insights into the falls’ geology and history. The afternoon is yours to enjoy as you please, from optional activities such as a helicopter flight over the falls, a visit to a local craft market, or a luxurious afternoon tea at the Victoria Falls Hotel. Return to Palm River for a peaceful final evening in Zimbabwe.
Day 3
Transfer to Chobe
This morning, leave Victoria Falls behind as you’re transferred by road across the border into Botswana. Your destination is Ngoma Safari Lodge, located in a remote corner of the Chobe Forest Reserve. After checking in and enjoying lunch with sweeping views of the Chobe River floodplains, set off on an afternoon game drive or boat cruise, keeping an eye out for elephants, buffalo, and abundant birdlife. Head back to the lodge for sundowners, followed by a fireside dinner under the stars.
Day 4
Safari in Chobe National Park
Today, guests will explore the Chobe ecosystem. Begin with a morning game drive through the national park, renowned for its vast herds of elephants and rich diversity of wildlife. After lunch and some downtime back at the lodge, embark on a leisurely cruise along the Chobe River in the afternoon—an excellent way to observe wildlife gathering at the water’s edge. Fly to Moremi Game Reserve
After breakfast, you’ll transfer to Kasane Airport for a scenic light aircraft flight into the heart of Botswana’s wilderness. Your destination is Okuti Camp in the Moremi Game Reserve, nestled near the Xakanaxa Lagoon. Upon arrival, settle into your accommodation before heading out on an afternoon game drive through this diverse and wildlife-rich region. Return to camp in time for a delicious dinner.
Day 6
Exploring Moremi
Spend the day exploring the varied habitats of Moremi Game Reserve. Morning and afternoon game drives provide excellent opportunities to spot predators like lion, leopard, and cheetah, as well as large herds of plains game. The reserve is also home to wild dogs and boasts remarkable birdlife. Depending on water levels, you may also take a boat excursion along the channels of the Okavango Delta. As night falls, enjoy the dinner and drinks on your final night in Moremi.
Day 7
Transfer to the Okavango Delta
After breakfast, board your charter flight to Kanana, located in a private concession southwest of Moremi. Kanana is known for its mix of permanent water channels and dry land habitats, allowing for both land- and water-based activities. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch and settle in before heading out for a mokoro (dugout canoe) trip or afternoon game drive. This exclusive concession offers the chance to experience the Delta’s serenity and remarkable wildlife without the crowds.
Day 8
Safari in Kanana
Enjoy a full day of safari adventures in the Okavango Delta.
